Clarity has played an integral role in establishing the first microbrewery in the Great Southern region of Albany
Tanglehead Brewing Co was the distinctive name chosen by the client and Clarity for the renovated pub on Stirling Terrace. Tanglehead was the name of the first beer ever brewed in Albany.Clarity then assisted the owners with trademark issues associated with the naming process and to secure regional business grants.
For Tanglehead to stand out from other microbreweries Clarity created a distinctive and contemporary logo of a dragon fighting a man at the end of the earth. From this logo a Tanglehead mythology of a quest for great beer was developed and will be used in all marketing, such as the flash-based teaser website created for Tanglehead (www.tanglehead.com.au).
To implement the Tanglehead brand, Clarity is producing all the beer labelling and packaging, staff uniforms, beer taps, glass wares and marketing items.
Clarity is also working with Tanglehead to implement a communications strategy to promote the new microbrewery throughout the State, nationally and internationally.
