The West Australian Football Commission (WAFC) has released its Masterplan to redevelop Subiaco Oval into Western Australia's major event stadium with Clarity's assistance.
The WAFC, Clarity and Peter Hunt architects worked on the Masterplan document for more than six months responding to a range of community and political issues involved in creating a 60,000 seat stadium.An important part of this process was to ensure the confidentiality of the Masterplan was maintained so the document was not 'leaked' before all stakeholders were properly consulted.
When the Masterplan was ready for public release Clarity implemented a communications strategy to maximise positive media coverage and stakeholder support for the proposed redevelopment.
Clarity also produced a range of materials for the public release of the Masterplan. These included a brochure for residents living north of Subiaco Oval, animations of the redevelopment and a purpose-built website, www.subiacooval.com.au, dedicated to the Masterplan with the opportunity for the public to provide feedback.
