Clarity was the creative force behind the recent branding and launch of Greg’s Discount Chemist in Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre.

GDC VanTo represent the innovative nature of the new store, Clarity designed a bold yellow and purple logo with the inclusion of an illustrated character, to move the pharmacy away from traditional medical associations to a warm, fun and inviting atmosphere. 

As part of the new identity, four other family characters were also created - a senior couple, a boy, a mum with a baby and a young couple - representing the different customer demographics that frequent the store.

To launch Greg’s Discount Chemist, nearly 2000 shoppers took part in the Greg’s Treasure Hunt promotion devised by Clarity. Each was given a card featuring a number that they tested in the store on three combination padlocks to open a door on a giant treasure chest and reveal their prize.  

Along with the shop fit-out and all the marketing material, Clarity’s advertising for Greg’s in the Sunday Times is drawing crowds of customers from all over Perth to this destination store which is expected to be the first of many in the metropolitan area.
