Under a starry sky 3,000 guests celebrated Co-Operative Bulk Handling’s (CBH) 75th anniversary at a free WA Symphony Orchestra concert in York.
Realising the scale of such an event, CBH commissioned Clarity just six months before the concert to project manage the centrepiece of its celebrations.
Clarity was responsible for converting a paddock into a memorable concert venue; liaising with Shire of York and emergency services; and managing suppliers, project timelines and budgets.
Clarity’s design team produced all the event material including invitations and relevant signage.
On Friday, 11 April guests from around Australia and the world were treated to an amazing sight of illuminated silos and smiling faces of 50 CBH volunteers, before enjoying hampers while listening to WASO and later letting loose with Chris Murphy and the band.
The night was such a success other regional towns are asking whether it will become an annual event.
